Altagirlfriend

An altagirlfriend, alta-girlfriend or altaic girlfriend, is basically a girlfriend, but not officially, both of the individuals know that they are partners, but not officially.
This kind of relationship is romantic and/or sexual, but even platonic sometimes.
It's a more affective halfway between alterous and queerplatonic attraction, even though, this, isn't a type of attraction, it's just amorous attraction but not while being officially being together.
Someone who has an altagirlfriend, is not allowed to have an actual girlfriend (except if the couple is polyamorous or the other partner consents), because it counts as cheating.

John: Dude! Your girlfriend is so hot!
Mark: She's not my girlfriend, she's my altagirlfriend.

Altist

Someone who is alt-left / right at the same time. The polar opposite of a centrist. Someone who claims to be left or right but has the same beliefs as those they claim to be against.
Ie- being an alt leftist and claiming to be against fascism but espousing fascist beliefs
