An eskimo Brother is someone who has slept with the same person you have slept with.

If you sleep with a girl and find out someone else has at some time slept with her you are that persons eskimo brother.

Pete slept with Gina. Adrian Peterson also slept with Gina.
This makes them eskimo brothers.
