The pathetic handbag of a human being that follows around, makes excuses for, and constantly enables a narcissistic person in their toxic behavior.
I got a phone call this morning from my mom's Narcissistant to let me know that she's still giving me the silent treatment for something I didn't do, but that I need to be the bigger person and apologize to her to keep the peace.

good narcissist
A kind, compassionate narcissist who have the ability to empathize. A good narcissist can be a supportive friend but still always turns the conversation back to him/herself, has an inflated sense of importance and can be the most interesting person in the room without being a dick about it.
Sure, Jay won't stop talking about himself but one on one, he becomes a good narcissist, event likable.
