A layer of the atmosphere above the troposphere where the indigenous jet pilots live and breed. Often considered to be a region lacking in intelligence, and having unwarranted levels of testosterone.

Moron-Gel

noun: gel like substance that was originally created to give the feeling of love and happiness. Some documented side effects from the Moron Gel can cause dried up bank accounts, extreme paranoia, pregnancy, fits of crying and has even has caused adverse reactions of people around said gel to suddenly think they are a Paparazzi and stalk and take pictues of poeple they don't even know.
