Get the Dare Kitesmug. Particularly used in the 1980's/1990's in the UK (maybe decade before and/or after) - Using stolen/fraudulently acquired credit cards, cheque books and debit cards, etc, in order to obtain cash money from the 'victims' bank and/or using the cards to use fraudulently in shops in order to obtain (most often) high value items by 'false representation' (legal term) to (often) sell onwards for a lower price (usually half original price or less depending on circumstances) to a person/persons who may then potentially be involved in "receiving stolen goods" (legal term) if they're aware that the goods were obtained illegally.
Just bought some (stolen) credit cards on the cheap, shall we call "BLANK" & see if they'll come kiting with us to make a raise (slang for making illicit cash)...

3) A micro technique in certain games such as MMORPG's and RTS's whereby a player continually moves their units around to make it harder for the enemy to attack them, sometimes to the extent where they are unable to attack at all.
4) A pose notably done by the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority in which people raise one arm and lower another while linking the top and bottom arms together to make multiple diamond shapes.

Get the Flying a kitemug. A plastic bag that blows aimlessly down the street. Most commonly seen down Kensington streets; these plastic shopping bags are as common as a tumbleweed in the desert. Never seen in the suburbs always found in rough parts of the city.
“Yo bruh, this part of town fucked up.”
“Yeah, there’s a lotta Kensington kites blowin round out here.”
Father: “Son, me and your mother are visiting you this weekend please send us the address”
Son: “Ok, but I live off campus you’re not gonna like my area. The police call it the bottom of the barrel.”
Father: “I’m sure it’s not that bad”
Arrival: “Oh my God, look at those fiends on the corner shooting up. And Honey look out for that Kensington kite!”
Text Message to Son: “On Second thought, slugger why don’t you come home next weekend. Your mother isn’t feeling that well.”
