Arrogencia

A disease commonly found in the male portion of the human species, characterized by attempts to be a gentleman that result instead in arrogance, often found to be intolerable by the females of the species.

Actions performed under this disease are referred to as arrogence. Not to be confused with the more commonly seen word, arrogance.

her: "The pomposity of some of my clients baffles me beyond all belief!"
him: "pompousness?"
her: "that too, the list can go on and on"
her: "here's another...arrogence" ...
her: "I'm so irritated I can't even spell arrogance"

Arrogance

Convincing people in an area they need you because you believe they do is arrogance. People that are home don't need a welcome from anybody else there, and nobody could make them unwelcome there, because they are home.

The artists didn't make the neighborhood cool with their art. The neighborhood was already cool and diverse before the art and gentrification. If anything, most people thought these artists were mostly dorks that saw the same dollar signs developers did. Arrogance was what made these folks think they were making anything cool.

1. A small retirement town in the northeastern corner of Colorado that is filled with old retired folks, farmers, meth and marijuana users, and families sucked in with no hope of ever leaving pernamently.

2. Also used to describe when you are stuck in a place and can't leave, no matter how much you want to.

John: "Hey Frank, want to play video games at my house tonight?"

Frank: "I can't. I've been Akron-ed into going to the movies with my girlfriend tonight."

located 45 minutes away from cleveland. a corny city filled with mostly lames. a place where people from cleveland or canton (where they get in trouble) come to akron to stay out the way or go to school.home of lebron james, most traveled bus line number is the 2 (arlington) always packed and 18 thornton.
