Abusing your perms for the fun of it. This term is often used in games... in these games people (usually admins) may have perms... if they abuse those perms by maybe banning someone for no reason or for the fun of it, that is perm abuse.

Admin: *sees random player in server*
Admin: *loop kicks player for no reason*

People that add a 'X' at the end of every single freeken sentence, comment, thought or post.

This is even more annoying when they use an x at the end of every sentence during a conversation.

Why do this? It is not your trademark. You are an idiot. And everyone is laughing at you.
