Yaoisexual is, or ISN'T a sexuality created by some person who fetisizhes gay men. You'll often meet the word "Yaoisexual" in some random 14-year old girl's instagram bio. Now, Yaoisexual is a woman that obsesses over gay men, or mlm(men love men), and uses the nickname "My gay little sinners"- etc, for them.
