Get the 1una momentmug. An urban expression which describes an embarrassing event or compromising situation. A speaker uses "Bruh!" to punctuate his disappointment and/or disgust at the specific event or situation. It's the inner-city equivalent to "Omfg!" (teenaged girls), "Seriously?!" (gay men), "Holy shit, bro!" (white boys), or the ghetto's own "SMDH."
