When a girl pulls the pockets out from under her shorts to look extra slutty.

i.e. Pocket Pullers' shorts are usually so fabric deficient you can see their booty.

A Puller is the opposite of a pushr (which is a drug dealer). A Puller is someone who does hard drugs and pulls prom there pusher ussually asking pushers fot their drugs.

A chronic lagger; especially in an online game such as Warcraft III. Usually having to do with the likelihood that the lagger is using a dial-up connection (56k or less) and may also be downloading music or something while playing the game, thereby taxing the connection beyond all reasonableness. Hence: modem PULLER.
