Pat Laugh

A laugh that can be heard around the world...literally. No matter how loud the surronding area, you can hear it. Often times, just done for attention. Usually "the laugh" is not even necessary and is not even about something funny. Oftentimes, "the laugher" will have mysterious hygiene products in his pockets.
