Definition: (Nec-ould-er): the absence of any visible neck or any such anatomy that would resemble a throat.

Example: That girl has a crazy looking necoulder, I can't even see her neck at all!

Neocons rarely serve in the military, but are so eager to get the US involved any war in the middle east.
