Quite possibly the best South Park character ever created. Temporarily replaced Chef in the episode "The Succubus." His name is derived from the word derp which has been used for centuries for no particular reason.

He is known for wearing a top hat, grey shorts, and a blue t-shirt, along with a cane. He has been through some trauma though... like when Beth shot him in season 2 episode 4, "Total Rickall"
