An American armed forces assault tactic for clearing a room by forcing open the door and throwing in a smoke grenade or flashbang in order to incapacitate the enemy before entering. "Breach" refers to opening the door, "bang" to the grenade explosion, and "clear" to dealing with the enemy inside the room.
"I seen Achmed dodge into that shed behind the madrasa, Sarge."
Okay, let's do a Breach, bang, and clear."
