garfer

Garfer is a sometimes fatal sexually transmitted disease that attacks the digestive system. It is most easily contracted during anal sex. Symptoms include (but are not limited to): mild bleeding following anal sex or bowel movements, stomach cramps or discomfort, diarrhea, fatigue, and muscle aches.
