The Great Shift

Usually referring to the positive change in public opinion on watching or enjoying anime as a whole. It’s debated on when exactly The Great Shift occurred, but it can most closely be linked to the 2020 lockdown, and the release of mega popular shows around that time, such as Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer.
Person 1: “Hey man, do you watch anime?”
Person 2: “I watched anime before The Great Shift, I used to be a loser, but it’s cool now.”

The Great Noticing

When the Goy finally wake up and realize that the Jews — a shadowy, power-hungry group — have been secretly running everything, causing all the chaos, corruption, and misery in their world.

It’s that collective “holy shit” moment when everyone starts connecting the dots and sees how deep the manipulation goes. Often followed by mass outrage, conspiracy charts, and someone yelling “It was the Jews all along!”
Example:
“Bro, ever since the Great Noticing started, nobody trusts the Jews anymore.”
“Yeah, now we all know who’s been pulling the strings behind the scenes.”

Great Meme Reset

A corny - but effective movement that first arose on Tiktok by a user who wanted to "reset the meme and humor" back to 2016.
This obviously has a low chance of happening as the movement is not as popular anymore and is hated on (for whatever reason).

The Great Meme Reset

An online movement that promises to "rewind" meme culture back to the mid-2010s (2015-2018) on the first day of January 2026.

This will probably not happen, because it is too unheard by the internet community, and majority of people will not give a shit about it and continue their normal routine.
user 1: have yall heard about the Great Meme Reset?

user 2: yeah, its pretty cool
user 3: *offensive slur*
user 1: ...
