The Great Shift 

Usually referring to the positive change in public opinion on watching or enjoying anime as a whole. It’s debated on when exactly The Great Shift occurred, but it can most closely be linked to the 2020 lockdown, and the release of mega popular shows around that time, such as Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer.

Person 1: “Hey man, do you watch anime?”
Person 2: “I watched anime before The Great Shift, I used to be a loser, but it’s cool now.”

The name given to someone who is actively curves any woman who is even remotely interested in them and whether unknowingly or not denies any kind of interment or romantic interaction with the female gender.

I can’t believe Tatsumi actually fumbles Esdeath, how is that possible!
