When you have an appointment at say 9AM or anytime before 2PM or you just want to wake up really early so you plan to go to sleep early, but then you end up going to bed at 4/5 AM and pray that you wake up early, but then you wake up in a panic, check your phone to see it's 2PM and now you're regretting all my life choices
Person 1: I'm going to bed early so i dont miss my appointment and end up in 2pm hell
Person 2: I've been in 2PM hell once, it was horrible

Hell is not a curse word, it is a place. Satan leads you to believe that it is a curse word. (Now kids that doesn't mean go around and use it, that'll get you a pop on the mouth). Just like Damn, if you tell someone "Go to hell" your cursing them not cursing at them cursing the person to hell, your sentencing them to damnation. If someone tells you "hell" is a curse word tell them, "No it is not, it's an ACTUAL curse word. Meaning if you say "Go to Hell" your sentencing them to damnation.

"Who the hell is you?!"
Taunt by inhabitant of a greater city within verbal dispute
Could also be directed to a group in order to disapprove the power of such, which might usualy be a concern considering the numbers, due to the transformation of the grammatically correct word "are" (Plural) to "is" (Singular).
