Billy Poco is a word to describe anything. You can use the word "billy poco" to explain any of your emotions. Although, Billy Poco is usually used when you explain how cool, loved or amazing something is. The opposite of billy poco is max chris. Max chris usually means "unloved, uncared for, ugly, disgusting."
