A phrase found in a snowboarding magazine circa 1993. Refers to some extreme snowboarders or skateboarders with unusually low pain threshold or exceptional fearlessness.

Look at that crazy snowboarder...no brain no pain.

A result of staying up into the late hours of the night. Symptoms include tiredness, an urge to laugh at almost everything, strange thoughts, and other typical sleep-deprivation symptoms.
