Get the Ride to the train stationmug. A biomechanical system created by Christian Cassarly in 2018. It teaches a person how to double their strength instantly by contracting the muscles closest to their bones in conjunction with their normal musculature at the same time.
It also includes a second part called muscular support which teaches you how to contract and relax surrounding muscles along with your normal muscular for a specific action for triple and quadruple your strength. Sometimes even more.
Christian Cassarly has raised people out of wheelchairs and eliminatedted a need for ambulatory assistance with his system.
It is also known to completely eliminate pain through neuronal cross wiring and increased blood circulation.

Get the Trainmug. 6 Av express train that runs from Coney Island in Brooklyn to Norwood-205 St in the Bronx. It has a total of 41 stations and its goes at the speed of light between 36 St and Atlantic Av Barclays Center. Goes via the Manhattan bridge and one of the fastest trains to get to Coney Island.
