when someone gets extremely angry, and or violent with a person or persons, and proceeds to either verbally or physically assault them, and even sometimes both. similar to Batman in the The Dark Knight.

It's like their version of calling a white person white trash or calling a black person a nigger and meant to be just as offensive. It's a good time to reflect on your life choices if someone from your own ethnicity rightfully wants to call you a nigger but can't only because you are not black and have straight hair.
