a form of psychological manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt and confusion in their victim's mind.

Manipulating someone into thinking something untrue or unkind.

Manipulating someone to a point where they become confused and have to question the reality of what is right or wrong.

It is import to know the signs of this kind of manipulation so you can prevent yourself from falling for these lies someone might tell you.
