A person who eats another person not for sustenance but instead to instill fear in their enemies.

A person who eats another person not just to terrorize their enemies but instead for it's sustenance

NDEC Cannibalism

NDECC, Nondestructive Ethical & Consensual Cannibalism. This means it is done very sparingly to avoid lasting harm to the donor or consumer, or it is done with amputated tissue. (Think foot taco guy). Another example would be the practice of eating the placenta after a baby is born. NDECC Includes the practice of vampirism when done safely.
May sometimes be done as a sexual fetish but it is not exclusively a sexual practice, and may have significance to some for spiritual reasons.
