Someone who thinks that just because they watch anime, eat very few Japanese food(pocky snacks also) and know the word "kawaii", they are also Japanese, despite how terrible they look. Someone who can't use chopsticks for shit but uses it anyway. Someone who eats cereal with a Chinese spoon and save Ramune bottles. A very ignorant person indeed.
