When someone gives a blumpkin to a person who has died in the last ten minutes due to 'Keeganing'. Then someone sneaks up behind the person giving the blumpkin and punches them in the back of the neck. Causing them to bite down the the dead persons genitals.

staple manoeuvre

A form of relationship in which the female is being penetrated by two men who are also friends.
The crown (top bar) of the staple represents the friendship between the two males and the legs of the staple represents their penises. It is called the staple manoeuvre because the manor in which a staple is inserted into paper (both ends of the staple enter at the same time) is reflecting the way that the two males penetrate to woman at the same time.
