When you pick up your phone to check Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Messenger, Discord, Slack, Gmail, etc., but after you're done with that, it's time to check Facebook again.
When I get stuck in a lucid loop, I'm taking a break for what I think is 5 minutes, but is really 5 hours. By the time I realize it, it's 10PM and I've neglected to finish my work, go to the store, or simply eat dinner. pls help

Get the poopity-loopsmug. A game in which the object is to form one's poop into a defined loop. 6 inch diameter is usual regulation size. The Poop must be unbroken and touching end to end. Doubles Poop A Loop may use a helper (Looper) to assist but must go by local club grounding rules.
