Graham's are normally tall slim and bald and carry a don't give a fuck attitude they tend to not really have feelings (if they do where the fuck are they) their born wiv a flirty nature but a very short fuse Graham's are real stress heads! Thick sliced slab of meat usually found in the reduced price section of your local food lion. Marinated in a plastic bag prior to being seared to perfection, during a back porch sesh. Goes great with Cheese Croissant, Mashed Potatoes and a Capri Sun.

Grahaming

Grahaming is named after Martha Graham, who developed her own unique style of modern dance. Graham technique frequently uses contractions, which require lots of core strength and control.

Grahaming is like planking, but for dancers. Instead of assuming the plank position, one would assume a position typical of Graham technique and then take a photo as proof.

As with planking, the more unusual or challenging the location, the more fun Grahaming will be.
