cross country

A great sport that requires both mental and physical strength.... but you have to be careful or you can screw up your body, especially if you're a girl.... it requires hours of training and is an awesome sport.

While simultaneously faking a right punch(criss), then a left punch(cross) culminating in a swift kick to your opponents junk (applesauce) Timing is everything in this maneuver. If executed perfectly, it is unblockable.
