Chill Time is the name given to time difference between when one noticed a new friend request on Facebook to when one actually accepts it. This is a new phenomenon because of how mobile devices can alert you any time any where of a new request. Depending on the person, chill time may last anywhere from an hour, to several days.
"Dude, I totally just got a friend request from Amber."
"did you accept it?"
"Nah dude, I'm gonna give it a little chill time. Say maybe a couple of hours."

Time of action by special counsel Robert Mueller. "Mueller time" is a time of reckoning for the American traitors from Donald Trump's inner circle who colluded with Russia to sway the 2016 presidential election in Trump's favor. The extremely important time of the normal man's day when he sits his rear end on a clean toilet to participate in a number 2. During toilet time the man may use his IPod, read a book, or make random noises while thinking about important matters such as bills, work, school, girls, and/or video games.
