To act chill while attempting to inflict violence upon a target the attack is often a gamble, but if successful, claimed to be intended. This is most often a throw, sometime a more exact gun aim. Used to replace "F**k that noun up" where politeness is enforced. Can be interchangeable with "smite, kill, or otherwise stop a noun's actions"
