although it can be used to describe all that makes a vagina smell or taste weird, its generally used as a derogatory insult.

one can call another person 'puss cheese' as an alternative to pussy, chump, or loser, as well as anything similar.

the term puss cheddar can be used in exchange with puss cheese.
