It's a way of telling a person (in a way of a threat), that they "will see." Meaning there will be an outcome and you might regret it.

Goodbye; I'm out; Later. Usually used in response when someone else says goodbye to you. Easy to text. Also can be used in a Shakespearean way, ie: Later for thou. Also can be changed to Later for me or Later for thee.
