The state of already being chill, or if you're not, somehow forcing yourself through convenient ways to become chill.

Braden: "Guys someone could catch us smoking weed up here on the deck."
Charlie: "Braden, in order for us to have a quality night of marijuana-filled thoughts you need to chill or be chill."
