A scroll monkey is a person who spends a bulk of their awake-life scrolling through the feed in their social media accounts, such as Facebook or Instagram.

Person A: What an amazing class/movie/show that was!

Person B: I had no idea. I was on my phone, being a scroll monkey.

When you are scrolling through pornographic websites while edging. Usually due to being unable to pick a video or due to seeing something better a little more down. Synonymous with "Scroll Edging" and very similar to "Goon Scrolling" also the point of edge scrolling is to eventually nut while Goon Scrolling can simply mean pleasuring one's self whilst not going all the way.
