The condition of someone whose intelect is so random it cannot be determined. Someone who shows to have an advanced intelect in certain situations, and in the next moment can genuinely be the complete opposite.
Matt can be an idiot sometimes, but I've also seen him doing very smart decisions, it's like he's got a Fluctuating IQ.

A global Robotics competition, you build a robot that flings balls. You spend your entire life building it, and then u nearly fail to qualify for nationals. Then when u somehow get to worlds, u find a strong urge, to rebuild to robot and nearly run out of time.
