Four to the fourth

In text messaging, the number "4" consists of the letters: G, H, and I. With these letters, you are able to spell the word "high". Four to the fourth is an exponential term: 4 x 4 x 4 x 4. With T9 word, pressing the number "4" four times will spell out the word "high". Getting four to the fourth means to get high.

Godwin's Fourth Law

Godwin's fourth law is a term created by Godwin fans, not mr. Godwin himself. The term means that the longer you talk with a conservative, the more likely he is to bring cops and soldiers into the discussion, and compare them with the currently debated subject, even if the comparison seems outright impossible or not making any sense at all.

I was talking with John the other day, about these poor abandoned cats at the animal shelter. The guy invoked Godwin's fourth law and said that soldiers aren't treated any better when they come back home. It's hard to understand him sometimes.

fourth floor

Synonym of fourth base.
More specifically, when two people go to the fourth floor on an elevator. The power goes out on the way and the elevator falls. Thinking it's their last moments of life and wanting to lose their virginity before they die, they have sex. The power comes back on and they reach the fourth floor. Afterwards it is always awkward between them.
