Someone's who's a dirty african who can't do shit. They smell like absolute ass all the time they walk and no one wants to be around. Furthermore, Fallou means racist someone who's in no way funny and/or smart. Fallou also means small dick, whereas they get no girls and they are probably going to live their life depressed for most of their time on this Earth.
