This is when a guy wears shoes/boots, jeans, and no shirt to avoid a farmer tan - he's no dumb farmer and when a girl wears crappy flip flops, cut off denim shorts, and a too tight/unflattering t-shirt - she's no hoochie who wears a tube top. This look can often be seen more frequently in the city streets than in rural trailer parks. Going formal is putting on any shirt for the guy and a hoodie for the girl.

As he drove through the south part of the city, Theo new that in order to avoid getting harassed by the locals he must take off his shirt while driving in order to appear as white trash casual as he could since he was driving a new Hyundai.

casual gnome

a term used to describe the horrible fashion/style of a short stalky person often girls who wear casual gnome fashions accompany a long peasant skirt with jeans or long pants. Often due to some miscommunication and illiteracy regarding hair dye boxes, a pink forehead may be used to compliment the skirt-jean ensemble.casual gnome fashions may also be worn with ugly high (less than 1 inch) heels, bamboo wedges, or platforms circa 1993.

Casual Terrorist

Someone who is labeled as being a 'potential terrorist' (usually due to their skin color, clothing etc) but in a less accusing, more ironic way.

A comedic sleight on post 9-11 paranoia, saying someone is a Casual Terrorist is simply implying they look like a stereotypical terrorist, even though you know they are not one and are probably just trying to earn an honest living.

Person 1: Hey look at Ahmed sitting there in his taxi, I wonder if he's planning on blowing up any buildings today?

Person 2: Haha, naah he's too busy picking up customers and earning fares.

Person 1: Yeah, he only does that sorta shit on an off-day. He's a Casual Terrorist.

When you're a cute girl who lives in the south and it's still 90 degrees at night during the summer this is the dress code you should follow. You would benefit from this decision when going out drinking somewhere where you're going to spend time on the patio. A tank top paired with gauze shorts (preferably white) is the perfect example of a slutty casual outfit. Helpful hint - If you wear a pair of heels with it it really classes it up so you can get into the nicer bars & clubs.
