The phrase originates from the dependency on public transport, for instance how being late for the bus can trigger multiple events that messes up the whole day. However, this term is not exclusive to transport issues and can be used for any other circumstance.

Physics Fit describes someone who 1) studies physics and 2) is not really conventionally fit, or hot, but IS fit for a physicist! Often used to describe members of large communities of physicists.

Friday Physics is an event that happens every Friday. Everyone in the country contemplates life and questions why you have to take science for GCSE. By the end of the event you have lost your mind but at least you now know how many newton's you way on the moon.
