Get the mofomug. I would consider a dumpy mofo to be a person who is not only a mother fucker (mofo) but also quite dumpy. HOWEVER a dumpy mofo does not have to be on welfare or techinacally fuck a mother. A dumpy mofo is someone who is quite grubby and for embellishment you add mofo at the end.
