Lurking Chicken

A prank wherein one lurks in a place where they will soon be found, such as behind a door or around a corner, flapping their arms like a chicken and leaning forward with an intent, wide-eyed gaze, often for the purpose of startling someone.
I walked into my bedroom and Derek was behind the door, doing the lurking chicken; it nearly gave me a heart attack.
