A phrase used to refer to anyone who has used ketamine and suffered ill effects as a consequence. Normally, this phrase is used specifically to deride someone either unconsicous or incapacitated, usually on the floor of a club or generally in someone else's way.

Can be shortened to AK.

They are hated by locals for their use of harmless videos promoting their favorite artist and their low tolerance level for homophobic and racist comments made towards their favorite artist by locals and western pop / apop fans.
