Cap used for rhetorical purposes (to further a point), as opposed to simply for the love of the game. Similar to a rhetorical question (a question asked for rhetorical purposes).

His essay lacked evidence so you utilized rhetorical cap to further his point.

Cap

Literal Meaning |Noun|: A regular cap 🧢.
Figurative Meaning |Adjective|: A lie or you can say: "That's cap! 🧢".

Example for literal meaning:
Kay: I just bought a cap! 🧢
Is it good?
Creed: Well, sort of.
Example for figurative meaning:
Kay: BRO I JUST HIT 100 THOUSAND SUBSCRIBERS ON YOUTUBE!!!!

Capped

To put a cap on someone’s head while they are sleeping. It establishes dominance, and the bigger the cap the bigger the dominance. Placing your toe on them works too if you don’t have any caps.
