When someone is chatting a load of rubbish and says random things. They keep talking non-stop about irrelevant things. Most of the time they're confused about what they say.

Camilla: I bought jeans from FashionNova then i bought a shirt last week. Actually i bought a dress last week, and boots 2 weeks ago. Nah..i think i bought boots last week as well.
