An adjective. Describing someone who is getting mad, but not really and are just overreacting for content.
A phrase that means to evacuate yourself from an area as quickly as possible with potentially chaotic results ensuing as in relating to the TV show Mad Dogs on Amazon Prime in which the main characters had to make an impromptu attempt to flee from Belize in a last ditch effort to conserve their lives.
When tommy pooped his pants during the NCAA division championship basketball game, all the members of the opposing basketball team were visibly mad dogging it off the court
