When one kicks a decapitated head and it becomes mounted on the tip of your shoe.

Can be used to describe any impalement on one's foot

May also refer to spilling something (especially blood) on one's shoes

"Those kids were kicking that head around like a ball until one of them got rose capped and they were forced to stop"

"I totally rose capped my soccer ball in practice today"
