An indivdiual that monitors new words are they are posted or an editor that views and approves words, that immediately takes the word(s) or entry(s) of others and creates their own definition(s). Thus, poaching the hard work and creative property of others.
The Urban Dictionary Poacher is generally an uncreative sap that has no ability to think and create their own work and must rely on the work of others. Most of the time, but not in every instance, their poached work is substandard to the originator's work and can be readily noted from the poor spelling, poor definition and the pathetic use in context.

Carl thinks he is very funny. However, in reality he is not. Hence, he spends his free time on Urban Dictionary stealing newly created entries of others to create his own pathetic, second rate definitions. His lack of creativity, combined with his being a total sap, make him the consumate Urban Dictionary Poacher.

A website meant to be innocuous but instead has turned into a website that breeds hate, where people may post humorous definitions but also scathing and mean-spirited entries that only influence more hate. For example, any definitions having to do with politics, race, gender, sexism, etc.
Urban Dictionary just might be a contributor to catastrophes such as shootings, suicides, and just general fucking hatred.

A site that gets boring after you've looked up every dirty word you can think of, your home town, or a friend's name.
