Get the Ray Shortmug. A pair of pants cut above the knee normally with a front pleat and using the same or similar material as regular business pants or slacks. These are totally acceptable to wear in an office environment in summer normally dressed up with a blouse or collared shirt. Or alternatively girls can wear with leggings in winter.
