A trolley Pap is a person who will refuse to go into a shopping trolley when his/her friends want to push him/her round the empty car park.

Commonly abrevieted to TP or Trolley.

Guy 1-"Get in this trolley so we can push you round."
Guy 2-"No, i don't want to."
